Order Processing:
When you place an order with us, we'll pre-authorize your card to validate its authenticity. This pre-authorization does not result in any charges to your card; rather, it serves as a security measure to ensure a smooth payment process later on. Rest assured, your card will only be charged once we confirm the availability of your selected products for immediate shipment.
After receiving your order, we promptly contact our trusted suppliers to confirm the availability of each item. This step ensures that we can fulfill your order without delay. In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we'll notify you promptly and provide options, such as waiting for restocking or canceling the affected item from your order.
Order Delivery:
Assuming all items in your order are in stock and available for dispatch, we'll proceed to charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days. To keep you informed every step of the way, we'll send tracking details to your email within 24 hours of dispatch. These tracking details allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that while we strive to dispatch orders promptly, dispatch times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Damages:
We understand the importance of receiving your items in perfect condition. That's why we strongly encourage you to inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery. If you discover any damage, no matter how minor, please notify us immediately by emailing clear photos of the damaged items to info@homelyhomes.co.uk. This allows us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Homely Homes. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 48 hours of placing the order without incurring any additional fees. However, cancellations requested after this timeframe may be subject to charges.
If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the item. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns:
At Homely Homes, we aim to provide you with products of the highest quality. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary. Please note that we accept returns only for faulty products.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
