Most outdoor loungers look sleek, streamlined, minimal. Great if you just want to look at them, unfortunately not so great for comfort.
Our elegant Barrington Loungers are made with only one thought in mind, how to create the maximum blissful comfort possible for our customers. Every lounger comes with deep filled foam cushions which allow you to appreciate them all day if desired. They are designed for extreme relaxation enabling you to enjoy watching the swimming pool activities, read a book, or enjoy a cocktail or indeed all three at once. The supportive armrests that make reading particularly enjoyable. They are light and easily movable (by simply lifting the front and moving them on their wheels) and have various positions for the backrest, which also goes fully flat.

DESIGN

The Barrington design was inspired by a detail from an 1872 pen and ink drawing of an herbaceous border by the 19th Century garden designer Gertrude Jekyl. The prominent flower pattern is replicated in the lounger arms.

WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL

Like all our English outdoor furniture our Barrington loungers are handmade from refined recycled aluminium. Each piece is constructed as one over numerous hours from many individual profiles and sand castings. Once complete each Lounger is individually finished in our customer’s own choice of colour and cushion fabric. All the effort in our factory goes into ensuring that each piece is totally weatherproof, wherever in the world it is situated, and completely maintenance free. Everything we create is intended to last generations.
Each lounger comes with a thick waterproof cover that ensures that the very large cushion can be left out all summer. No need to worry about birds flying overhead, or your pets taking a comfortable nap in your absence.
